October Favourites

Okay so were on the 5th of November now and i didn't think it was appropriate to wait until Monday to do my October favourites post so i decided to do a mid week blog update! So today i bring to you a few of my favourite things from last month...

Its very rare i go into Primark but the other week when i was in town i decided to pop in and have a little browse, and boy am i glad i did. I came across these cute, quirky pyjamas which i immediately fell in love with! I bought two pairs (pictured below) Mickey Mouse and Olaf, they did have loads more styles such as Minnie Mouse, the unicorn off Despicable Me and panda bears, but i wasn't prepared to pay any more for pjs. These were £15 each which come on, is quite expensive from Primark. They're the softest, fluffiest, comfiest pjs i have ever worn, just perfect for winter!

Most of my makeup i buy is L'OREAL and at Boots they always have a 3 for 2 sale on so i get the chance to try out products i wouldn't normally buy other than my necessities. With my last purchase i bought some foundation, concealer and this little beauty, the brow artist kit. I normally use brown eyeshadow for my eyebrows as i dont have to fill them in or shape them too much, but i am loving this kit recently and I use it everyday. In this little compact it comes with a wax which apply first to hold the hairs in your desired shape and then you put on the brown powder to fill in the gaps. Ive got the shade light to medium but it does come in variety of shades. It usually costs £9.99 but like i said at Boots its 3 for 2 so i got this free *yay*. Definitely worth the money though.

My last favourite for October is this strawberry body lotion from Avon. I use this cream every night on my hands as for some reason they dry up pretty fast, especially in this cold weather thats now arriving. I know this sounds daft but it is the perfect consistency as i hate body cream that's too thick and goes greasy/oily. It easily rubs in leaving your hands feeling soft and rejuvenated! Plus you only need the minutest pea sized amount to cover the full hand.

There you go, these are my October favourites. I will be making this a monthly ritual to show you all my favourites and what i'm loving from month to month. Ciao for now, see you next Monday!

My Top 10 Favourite Youtubers

Im sure we've all come across Youtube in our life whether it be to watch a new film trailer, to listen to songs or to even watch something as daft as a little boy biting his brothers finger. However for some people Youtube goes much further than that, and i happen to be one of those people. Its very rare i watch TV (except for my Friends & Big Bang Theory box sets) i much prefer to watch people on youtube sat in their bedroom talking to a camera, performing daft stunts and making vlogs. Its much more fun and interesting than the regular TV because its all real! So i bring to you my top 10 all time favourite Youtubers *da da da DAAAAA*

1) Zoella
My all time favourite (and the person who actually got me so into Youtube) is Zoella. Now i would be pretty surprised if you havent heard of Zoella since she is everywhere! With well over 9 million subscribers Zoe Sugg has taken over the internet with her quirky personality and contagious smile. She mainly creates videos based around beauty and fashion but has also done tags, pranks and vlogs. Her videos are mainly around 15-30 minutes long so its like watching an episode of a TV programme, theyre so easy to get lost in. If you havent yet watched her videos i would strongly recommend you do it now, go on, go.

2) Thatcherjoe

Of course if you know Zoella you must know her brother Thatcherjoe. I love his witty personality and the willing he has to embarrass himself on such a big social media format in order to create fun videos for us all to watch. I look forward to sundays just because i know he will be uploading another video (i know how sad...). I sometimes wonder where he gets the ideas from for some of the crazy things he does, like dressing up as Elsa and building a Lego frozen castle with his sister. Hahah oh Joe.

3) Caspar

How can you watch Thatcherjoe without watching his equally crazy roomate Caspar Lee? these two together are comedy gold and has the power to brighten anyones day up. His awkwardly cute smile and cheesy lines are enough to make anyone have a soft spot for the guy. I dont think i have seen one video where he has kept serious the whole way through, i just dont think he can do it, he must naturally need to crack jokes in order to live.

4) Olliewhitetv

Mr Ollie White AKA cactus guy (watch his videos and you will find out why we call him this). Along with the other guys he also creates comedy videos but he also includes his little brother in quite a lot which is great to see. They do daft things like trying to break world records, creating giant rockets and launching them in the middle of a public park and the best of all walking on eggs. Along with his main channel he also does gaming and vlogs, i dont know how they keep up with it!

5) Laurencurtis

Lauren Curtis is an Australian makeup artist, she mainly creates videos on makeup tutorials and does beauty product reviews. She has done follow me around videos, tags and apartment tours. Her videos include that much detail of her life that you actually feel like you know her personally, its great that you can feel so connected with a youtuber. I love how down to earth she is providing how successful and popular she has become. Just dont watch her if you're self conscious with yourself like i am because her looks are just to die for, ive never seen anyone as naturally beautiful as Lauren.

6) Iclelvzi

Another beauty channel i love to watch is someone called Liv. She's from the UK and does videos on beauty product reviews, hauls, tutorials and chat with me's. Even though she doesn't have half as many subscribers as the first few i have mentioned she definitely does deserve it. Liv is the most laid back youtuber i know, she doesn't get caught up in the whole "fame" wannabee chasing and thats how you know that she truly has a passion for her hobby.

7) The Michalaks

My friend recently just recommended this channel to me and after watching a few videos i totally fell in love with them. Now this is something different, this youtube channel is of a family. Stef and Hannah have documented their life, getting engaged, having a baby, moving in, their babies first steps and so on. Each video is like a little movie, their editing skills are fantastic that sometimes you feel like you are actually watching a film. Its great to see something so unique and personal on youtube, kind of spices it up a little.

8) MayBaby

Meg does a lot of arts and crafty stuff on her channel, she has so much flare its unreal! I get so envious of her talent sometimes it hurts. Every video she has done something different... changed her room round, revamped an old piece of furniture, created a new item of clothing, baked a whole new recipe up and so on. Her videos are just so upbeat and colourful its impossible to watch this girl and be in a bad mood! The motivation for life she has is inspirational.

9) Lauren kathrynn

Laren is a friend i used to go to school with, she has just recently started youtube doing beauty and fashion related videos. I have only just found out she does youtube and I spent a good few hours the other night catching up on all her videos. Some of her videos have included skin care products, makeup tutorials and tags to get to know her. Lauren is the sweetest girl you will ever come across and has a natural talent for makeup, she has style! Go check out her channel she deserves all the subscribers and regnonition!

10) iDejANCE

Dejan is a dancer and a heck of  a good one at that! Not only does he dance but choreographs too! I used to do dancing and therefor get so inspired when watching dances, its so easy to get lost in a movement. Some of the routines this guy has created are insane and definitely worth checking out!

So there you go, those are my top 10 youtubers and boy was it hard to narrow down! All of these guys are so inspirational in their own little ways and are definitely worth having a nosey at and maybe even subscribing to. This post should have been up over 3 hours ago but my laptop had other plans so i will be more prepared next week, anyway I hope you have enjoyed my first funday Monday post, and i hope you will be coming back again next Monday!
